We provide a complete comprehensive assessment, with over 25-point checklist:
- All fencing, gates, barriers, alarms, and/or other protective devices are installed.
- All slip-resistant surfaces leading to the pool, and the steps are visible.
- An adequate means of egress from the pool is provided.
- No physical damage is apparent.
- Gates are visible with no apparent damage.
- No apparent defects or signs of repair are observed at the diving board.
- Water return are functional.
- Algae growth is not found.
- The pool shell appears smooth, without defects.
- The water appears to be at the correct level in order for the skimmers to function.
- Deck covers, skimmer weirs and baskets, are installed.
- If Applicable lights are installed and operational
- GFCIs are installed.
- Electrical wiring is not passing directly over the pool.
- The hair and lint strainer basket is clean of trash and debris.
- The type of pipe has been identified. PVC, Copper, etc.
- Pipes and fittings are not leaking.
- Pipes are supported adequately.
- No signs of calcification, corrosion, or deterioration from pipes.
- Air pressure-relief valves are installed.
- Filter tanks are accessible.
- A clean sight glass or visual outfall of at least 3 feet has been provided.
- The pressurized filter tanks and hair and lint traps are not leaking and are properly sealed.
- All piping, filters, and components that are part of the system are labeled, tagged, color-coded, or otherwise identified.
