Pool and Spa Inspection

We provide a complete comprehensive assessment, with over 25-point checklist: 

1. All fencing, gates, barriers, alarms, and/or other protective devices are installed.
2. All  slip-resistant surfaces leading to the pool, and the steps are visible.
3. An adequate means of egress from the pool is provided.
4. No physical damage is apparent.
5. Gates are visible with no apparent damage.
6. No apparent defects or signs of repair are observed at the diving board.
7. Water return are functional.
8. Algae growth is not found.
9. The pool shell appears smooth, without defects.
10. The water appears to be at the correct level in order for the skimmers to function.
11. Deck covers, skimmer weirs and baskets, are installed.
12. If Applicable lights are installed and operational
13. GFCIs are installed.
14. Electrical wiring is not passing directly over the pool.
15. The hair and lint strainer basket is clean of trash and debris.
16. The type of pipe has been identified. PVC, Copper, etc.
17. Pipes and fittings are not leaking.
18. Pipes are supported adequately.
19. No signs of calcification, corrosion, or deterioration from pipes.
20. Air pressure-relief valves are installed.
21. Filter tanks are accessible.
22. A clean sight glass or visual outfall of at least 3 feet has been provided.
23. The pressurized filter tanks and hair and lint traps are not leaking and are properly sealed.
24. All piping, filters, and components that are part of the system are labeled, tagged, color-coded, or otherwise identified.
