As the owner of Home Inspections and Investment, LLC, we follow the New Jersey Standard Operating Practices 13:40-15.16, Code of Ethics and the ASHI Standard Operating Practices. Every three years we re-take the inspectors exam and update our license to maintain certification. In addition, we maintain educational requirements and 20 CEU to maintain InterNachi and ASHI membership.

With over 20 years of experience in the Residential /Commercial, and Construction business, we provide quality inspections with a professional work ethic, a moral background and a commitment to customer satisfaction!
