New Home Inspections starts at $300

At pre-closing walk-through inspections, we verify that the home is ready for a move-in. We check the lights you purchased are actually there among other things.

We check installation details of all cabinets and all windows. We verify operation of HVAC systems, hot water heater, garage door openers, sump pump, doors and window locks and latches, fireplaces and appliances 

At the end we will give you a punch-list report for builder corrective action.
